The Month of Content in One Paste

Turn a blank calendar into a full month of social posts — ideas, captions, and a posting schedule — tailored to your business, in one paste.

Beginner10 minsocial media

What you'll need

  • What your business does and who it's for
  • The platform(s) you post on (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Anything coming up this month (a sale, event, new product, holiday)
  • Any AI chat assistant

The steps

  1. Before you start: jot down 2-3 things happening this month — even "nothing special" is fine, the plan still works.
  2. Decide how often you realistically want to post (2-3x a week is plenty).
  3. Paste the prompt below and fill in the brackets.
  4. Read it over, keep the posts that fit, and drop them into your calendar or scheduler.

The prompt

Create a one-month social media plan for my business.

My business: [what you do, in one line]
Who I'm trying to reach: [your customers]
Platform(s): [Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.]
How often I want to post: [e.g. 3 times a week]
Coming up this month: [sale, event, new product, holiday — or "nothing special"]

Give me a week-by-week calendar. For each post include:
- the day
- a content idea
- a ready-to-use caption written in a warm, real voice (not corporate)
- a simple call to action

Mix it up: some posts teach something, some show behind the scenes, some share a customer win, some promote what I sell. Keep captions short and easy to post.

The follow-up

Now turn this into a checklist I can work through, and suggest one photo or simple visual idea for each post.

What you'll get

A week-by-week posting calendar with captions you can use as-is or tweak — about a month of content sorted in 10 minutes, no more staring at a blank screen.

If it's not quite right

  • Too many posts? Add "Limit it to 2 posts a week."
  • Want one platform's style? Add "Write the captions specifically for [Instagram]."
  • Sounds generic? Add "Ask me 3 questions first so the posts sound like my business."
